Start with Romelius Affiliate Importer → Diagnostic: one click checks the server, background jobs, the Envato API, the affiliate link, AI, notifications and the license, and gives you a redacted report for support.
The Envato API test fails
Check that the token has the “View and search Envato sites” permission and that your server can make outgoing HTTPS requests.
“License already in use”
All the websites of your plan are in use, or the key is active on another domain. Use Change domain or release it from My Account.
Prices look wrong
Your store currency is not USD — set the conversion rate in Settings → General.
Products are not syncing
Background jobs need visits or a real cron job (see Smart Sync). Pending jobs are listed under WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions.
