These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the software, license keys, updates, documentation and support provided by Romelius Labs, operated by Soric Serghei, Republic of Moldova (“we”, “us”) through romelius.com. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
1. Who sells the products
Orders on romelius.com are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record (for example Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy), which is shown at checkout. The reseller handles the payment, invoice, sales tax / VAT and payment-related customer service. Its own terms of sale apply to the purchase. We provide the software, the license and the support.
2. Products and license
Our WordPress plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. In addition, every purchase gives you a license key that unlocks automatic updates, the license-based features and support for the number of websites included in your plan:
- Personal — 1 website
- Professional — up to 5 websites
- Agency — unlimited websites owned by you or your clients
A “website” is one production domain. Local, development and staging sites (for example localhost, *.local, *.test, staging.*, dev.*) do not count. You can move a license from one website to another at any time from the plugin or from My Account.
You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute license keys. Keys that are shared or abused may be disabled.
3. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Plans are sold as yearly subscriptions. The license includes updates and support for one year and renews automatically at the end of each year at the price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email or by writing to support@romelius.com; cancellation stops future renewals and is effective at the end of the current period.
If your license expires, the plugin keeps working on your websites. You simply stop receiving updates, new features and support until you renew.
4. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. In short: if the plugin does not work for you and we cannot fix the problem, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase or renewal.
5. Support
Support is included while your license is active and covers help with installing, configuring and using the plugin and fixing bugs. It does not include custom development, third-party plugins or themes, server administration or writing content for you. Contact us through the Support page or at support@romelius.com.
6. Third-party services
Romelius Affiliate Importer works with services that are not operated by us, such as the Envato Market API, the Envato affiliate program on Impact and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, xAI). You need your own accounts with these services and you must follow their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, prices, API changes, approval decisions or the commissions they pay. AI-generated text can be inaccurate — review it before publishing.
Envato, ThemeForest, CodeCanyon and WooCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners. Romelius Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Your responsibilities
- Use the products in compliance with applicable laws, including affiliate disclosure and consumer-protection rules.
- Keep backups of your website before installing or updating any plugin.
- Keep your license key and API keys confidential.
8. Warranty and liability
We build our products carefully and fix the bugs you report, but the software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, sales or affiliate earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms, for example when we add products or change how we sell them. The version published on this page applies to new purchases and renewals from the date shown above.
